Tianna is a People & Recruiting Leader who has a passion for building diverse teams and high-impact programs that help companies scale. She joined Notion three years ago as their first talent hire leading the Tech Recruiting Team. For the last two years, she’s been leading Talent Ops & Recruiting programs at Notion and has helped the company scale from around 30 to almost 600 employees. Tianna’s also helped both Lyft and GitHub in their hyper-growth phases as a recruiting leader. She has over 15 years of experience in the People/ Talents culture building space. She’s worn hats in most people functions people ops, HR, recruiting, programs, and enablement and is launching her own consulting firm
