Welcome to Dishing with Patricia, a video podcast, on Tuesday, September 19th, it's all food, nothing else!
 
I will be in the kitchen with my assistant and dear friend Stephanie Fuller. 
 
Stephanie is part owner of Special Foods by Fuller and Steph and Nard’s Quality Snack Foods.  
 
Stephanie has been with me on this journey for the past 20 years. 
 
She works behind the scenes, however, on Tuesday she’s upfront with me!
 
We will prepare a few quick and easy recipes, that are plant-based, nutritious, and delicious.
