We are back at my summer camp, Pine Springs, and are interviewing the core team members of this summer (Which narrows it down to everybody!).

Today, we have Damian Dynys, who talks about camp counseling with Dan and I. He is one of our youngest, and soon to be most experienced, counselor with his third year of counseling.
