Vet Tech Cafe - Theresa Cosper Episode

Are you ready to feel uncomfortable?  Are you ready to push your boundaries a bit?  Are you ready to grow as a human?  If not, keep scrolling.  Theresa Cosper has been an RVT for 8 years and is currently at an academic institution where she manages a teaching lab for veterinary students.  But we're not talking about any of that in this episode.  This episode is The Vet Tech Cafe continuing its mission to discuss the issues that face our profession with those who live and experience those issues firsthand, and talk about ways to inspire change.  This was a very real, and very difficult, episode for us to record and there is some very real and difficult language in here.  Racism is as real in veterinary medicine as it is everywhere else.  We invite you to open your heart and join the discussion.
