For this episode, you get to be a fly on the wall and listen to some back-and-forth on how others are using their red light therapy devices, what other health modalities or biohacks they are using to compliment their RLT treatments and also my thoughts and knowledge on how to best adapt protocols in from the Red Light Therapy Treatment Protocols eBook for their RLT beds. As you can imagine, the protocols in the eBook I developed are for 2-D treatments (i.e., flat panels) whereas they need protocols for treating 360° with their RLT beds.
