Brad Dacus discusses with PJI attorney, Michael Peffer, the absurd actions on behalf of Moreno Valley College "Diversity Committee." After firing Professor of the Year, Eric Thompson, for presenting both sides of the gay marriage debate in his sociology class, the college administration and Pacific Justice Institute went through an arbitration process in which the arbitrator ruled that Eric was wrongfully fired. The college was not done, however. They appealed the decision to the superior court where the were told AGAIN that Eric must receive his job back (the firing was wrong). After two decisions, the college still will not accept the decision and will be appealing it again. PJI will defend Eric without charge for as long as it takes.

Staff attorney, Ray Hacke, brings an update about a Portland street preacher who was cited for "harassment" for preaching the word of God.
