Attorney Joseph R. Profaci is the Executive Director of the North American Olive Oil Association. He is an experienced food products attorney and business manager with over 25 years of experience in the olive oil category. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, he was a long-active member, serving as the organization’s chair from June 2015 – June 2017.
