I Haven’t Been Ok. How Are You?

I'm going to be real with you.  It's really hard for me to say this but haven't been ok for awhile now.  And I chat about it in this episode. 

When you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel it's really challenging to keep on going it can be hard to reach out for help and then even more challenging to receive help.  I had to dig deep this week.
