Joe and Billy talk with Rod Cheney about avoiding crash deployments with mechanical CPR devices.  Rod has extensive experience where he worked for a Fire/EMS agency for 25 years in Ohio.  Currently, Rod works for Zoll Medical as a regional manager.

Joe Powel

Joe is a retired EMS Chief from Rialto Fire Department in California with over 40 years in the fire service and is also the founder of Advanced Cardiac Resuscitation.  Joe also sits on the ACR advisory Board as the chairman. Joe believes nothing trumps compressions, nothing!  Joe's goal for our industry is to get to 50.1% neurological survival from cardiac arrest by 2030.
