Mid-Session 23 Nov 18: Market extends yesterday’s gains

The ASX 200 is up 0.2% in early trade, adding to yesterday’s 0.9% improvement. Retail stocks are leading the charge, while financials and utilities are also higher. US markets were closed overnight for the Thanksgiving holiday.
