Skate boarding as an adult & How its enhanced my life

I started skateboarding at 32 after I left my cricket team. I'm not sure what I wanted to gain from this new activity. I have no idea why I decided to start skateboarding of all things!  I am so glad I did.. Here I chat to my instructor tom and hopefully inspire some of you to jump on a board soon too.
