Another way to say that is abundance is connected to our nervous system because if we feel sick and tired 😴, it can be very difficult to respond to stress, and on the flip side if we don’t feel abundant, then we can manifest illness too and feel strapped to be able to take the steps necessary to heal.

In this talk and tune, I discuss a scarcity mindset verses abundant mindset. In a scarcity mindset, the body is in a fight or flight response because it never feels satisfied. In an abundance mindset, the body and mind can rest because it feels full.

Scarcity is actually lie because we are abundant in the very essence of how God created us (just look at nature and take some time to get grounded and some sunlight ☀️and you’ll even feel more abundant!)

When the crown chakra is out of tune we can really feel overwhelmed and disconnected from answers we may need to feel more abundant and this can totally drain our nervous system and deplete the body’s nutrients.

As we tune up the crown we can find that supernatural peace and divine breakthroughs may occur because we can feel more one with all of God’s creation verses disconnected.

As we tune up the pituitary gland, hormones are regulated better, we feel more joy and motivation, and we can respond to stress better.

If you are stuck in “stinkin’ thinking,” I know how that feels but the good news is that the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed!
