196. We made one parenting decision that changed everything

We chose never to push our children in one set direction.
Instead, we watched closely for their natural gifts and encouraged them to follow those paths.

Each of our three children is different:

one thrives in performing arts,
another in psychology,
and another in engineering.

And all of them are pursuing what comes alive for them.
By giving them freedom with guidance, we’ve seen resilience, confidence, and purpose grow.

Every child has a genius within them, and our role as parents is to nurture it.
