• Take time to be still and silent, allowing God to speak to you in the midst of your storms. Journaling can be a powerful tool for reflection and connecting with God on a deeper level.

• Attend a Bible study or seek out resources that can help strengthen your relationship with God and gain a better perspective on your circumstances.
