The Kewanee Boilermakers defeated the Morrison Mustangs in a barnburner on Friday, September 2nd, 16 to 14. The back and forth battle found Kewanee trailing early 8 to 0. Then the Boilermakers got back on the board to make it 7 to 0 and three turnovers by Morrison in the first half turned the tide to get Kewanee another touchdown and a long field goal right before halftime for a 16 to 7 Kewanee lead at the half.
