Machine Shop Management and Ownership - Matt Guse

In this week’s The Faces of Business Episode, our guest speaker was Matt Guse. Matt is the Owner and President at MRS Machining, Augusta WI. Matt's father started MRS company in 1986. Matt and his wife have successfully owned and managed the company since 1989.  Matt is also a NCAA Division 3 Football Official and Owner at ACT Tooling.  Matt’s numerous industry awards and tenure as a machine shop business owner give him excellent perspectives on machine shop management.
