Due to their troubled relationship, there is evidence to suggest that Eugene was responsible for Carol’s disappearance, but even though he eventually goes to prison for another murder, he never admits any involvement. On this week’s episode of “The Trail Went Cold”, we explore the unsolved disappearance of Carol Woolsoncroft, a case which was personally requested by her niece, Daphne Woolsoncroft, the co-host of the true crime podcast, “Going West: True Crime”.
