Morning Report 21 Feb 19: Wall St sees choppy trade after release of Fed minutes

US sharemarkets were mixed on Wednesday with investors waiting for concrete news out of China-US trade talks. Markets digested the latest comments by Federal Reserve policymakers. With an hour of trade to go, the close the Dow Jones index was up by 50 points or 0.2%. The S&P500 index was up by 0.1% but the Nasdaq index was down 5 points or 0.1%.
