The UK has a hidden crisis of illegal drug addiction, and it is getting worse. Last year, more people lost their lives to drug poisonings than ever before. As part of the Centre for Social Justice's new report – Still Ambitious For Recovery - we scouted the world for solutions to this crisis, and the evidence points clearly against liberalisation.
