Kate is a Bay Area, California based Certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and an experienced labor and delivery nurse.  She's committed to empowering women and families for a calm and peaceful birth.  Over the past 16 years Kate has worked in many labor and delivery units  and the past year has started teaching HypnoBirthing-The Marie Mongan Method.  As a care provider and mother of two she has a lot of insight and wisdom to share with expectant mothers and partners.
