He's in his first year as head football coach at Sam Houston, a program that's struggled to keep coaches around and has struggled mightily to succeed on the gridiron, but Coach Brown has made an immediate impact. He jumps on the show to share what it's like to have an unwavering belief in his players, how he's growing the program, and what a lot of people get wrong about many coaching positions.
