Cowardice is Contagious, but So is Courage. My thoughts on the state of our Country 💔

I'm heartbroken about the events of the last few weeks. I feel drained and depleted.  However, I refuse to allow the current White House Administration to take any joy I feel away from me.  I'm holding on to hope. I'm holding on to those I love to keep me grounded and off the proverbial ledge. 

I'm here for you; you're not alone in feeling hopeless and sad.  I won't sit here and pretend the world isn't burning, because it is.  But let's encounter this together and let's fight together.  Take time to protect your energy, your happy bubble. Delete those who celebrate cruelty, I give you permission.
