Now why would I talk about this at the beginning of the year, when your motivation is higher than ever?? Because if you want to stay consistent throughout this entire year, and finally crush those goals you've been setting, you'll need this information.
Because guess what? You'll never reach a point in your life when you feel constantly, highly motivated. Life happens. Stress can kill your motivation.
