The devil is more than just a myth or a nightclub owner in a Netflix series. His lies brought about the fall into sin. His influence has incited pride and plague. His power has brought about destruction and death. He was a liar and a murderer from the beginning, and still leads the whole world astray. Yet today Jesus reveals once again his power to set us free to live as his brothers and sisters. Jesus binds the devil. Our sermon is based on Mark 3:20-35.
