Jim talks about a recently tabled ammendment bill (SB 1429/HB 1290) hidden in which is an ammendent that allows these companies to run ramshackle over Tennessee HOAs. The bill will essentially allow rental companies to be above the Covenants and Restrictions of any Tennessee HOA.
