This week, we are happy to conclude to latest mini-series on Mental Health Matters & relapsing! Our hope for this series is to shed light & raise awareness on the issues faced by people in our community revolving around mental health & relapsing. We also hope that this series can act as a means of support and a push for anyone struggling with these issues to seek for help.

In this episode titled, “Mental Health in Our Daily Lives” we are joined by our team members, Brother Kaven, Sister Sakinah & Sister Tara. We recapped on what we learnt for the past 2 weeks during this mini series. Additionally, we also share our thoughts on what we learnt and our main takeaways from the series episodes and IG lives!
