All his life, he has been interested in both the ”outer” world of politics, economy and culture and the ”inner” world of transcendence and deeper meaning. Most of his career he has worked as a journalist. Occasionally he has taken leaves to write books. He has two adult children and is happily divorced since less than a year. He is the host of the podcast, Mind the Shift.

He plans to continue his journey of liberation from the matrix of career and other conventions and constructs (NOT meaning getting rid of everything to live in a cave) but creating some kind of broader platform for knowledge, insight and conversation from the podcast that he has started.

When asked for words for the stressed caregivers, he responds, "Your loved one is there, in spirit, and knows you are there to care for them but has lost the ability to be present in this physical world."
