Competency in Criminal Cases 101

How to deal with mental health issues in criminal cases, particularly focusing on client competency but also addressing criminal responsibility, including both the legal framework under chapter 123 and tactical and ethical advice, aimed primarily at students and new lawyers but also relevant to all experience levels.
