A couple of years ago Lydia Brown heard the report that placed Iowa dead last in the nation with regard to women owned business support.  She, at first, thought it must be a mistake.  After all she was a successful businesswoman...  Fast forward to 2013 and she partnered with the Iowa Economic Development Authority to find out...why and then figure out a way to fix the issue.  That's what we talked about.  Lydia Brown from Ascent Iowa.
