Today we talk about supporting good people, first responders, firefighters, and good people who choose to help and serve society. We must look beyond first impressions. The truth of life is that anyone can have a good or bad day. And we have a choice to shift the experience and turn around a poor situation.

Sometimes circumstances, fear, or misperception causes people to act out of character. We must give people an opportunity to stand on merit before we assume they will be bad. We also talk about the need to understand who is behind the groups we align with.
