The importance of knowing your (LGBTQ+) history

October is LGBTQ History Month, which leads to the most common question Jillian Abby hears, "Why is that even a thing?!" This episode is NOT a history lesson. It's a discovery of why knowing LGBTQ+ history is an important part of growing tolerance, love, and acceptance. And for the LGBTQ+ community, knowing history can be a source of growing pride and self-love.
