Days of Our Lives spoilers set the stage for a possible romantic entanglement between Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). The recent events have left both characters alone and vulnerable, and their growing chemistry might lead to more than just a professional relationship. Cat, who's working undercover for Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) of the ISA, might use this opportunity to gather vital information about EJ's secret lab. 

DOOL spoilers expose Chad DiMera's (Billy Flynn) deception and subsequent breakup with Cat, under the influence of his son Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and niece Rachel lack (Alice Halsey), has left Cat heartbroken. However, understanding the importance of children, Cat accepts Chad's decision. EJ, aware of Chad's affection for Cat, may attempt to make Chad realize the mistake of letting his child control his love life. EJ's penchant for blonde beauties and his history of irritating his siblings could hint at a potential romantic angle with Cat. 

Spoilers for Days of Our Lives intrigues as a recent 60th anniversary photo shoot featured Cat posing with both Chad and EJ, suggesting a possible love triangle. Despite Cat's allegiance to law and order and EJ's criminal tendencies, there seems to be a mutual attraction. The big question remains whether this potential relationship will be based on emotions or ulterior motives. Will Cat use EJ to uncover his secrets, or will EJ use Cat to manipulate Chad? 

More DOOL spoilers hint that with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien), the secret investor in EJ's hospital deal, becoming friends with Cat, there's an added layer of complexity. Gwen might encourage Cat and EJ's relationship or might warn EJ if she becomes aware of Cat's spying. However, Gwen's lack of observation, as demonstrated by her obliviousness to Leo Stark's (Greg Rikaart) affair with her husband, might mean she misses Cat's true intentions.
