The self destructive relationships & my role in your life!

Today is the day this podcast becomes more of a audio journal about my self evolution, my self discovery and finding my happiness in my work with people in fitness & body transformation. I share about how I started hosting challenges online, my frustration with yoyo diet culture and being an elephant in the room. My feelings of being in a flake relationship with the format, the constant starting over and wanting too basic programs after year after year, how dissatisfying it was for me to keep showing up when most just went hiding from oneselves. The impact of the pandemic, my self discovery through meditation, the insights about my anger and being unseen, unheard and taken for granted. And then, how I realized it was like being in a committed relationship with YOU ALL, while not ever getting to touch on any of the tough talks to have that you do need to have in a marriage. I discuss what I love about my work, how I love to work and what I do that brings me joy, what I care about, the focus on self awareness and wanting to actually grow, expand and achieve body and mind changes that last. I have just now truly understood myself about why I have been disinterested more and more to want to waste time being there for those who do not want to become your best selves, I want to work with people of same caliber and commitment as I have myself. I hope this episode expresses my genuine feelings about why stay to give people what they have “always had and want” from me for me it’s not at all authentic life transformation when you revert back to whatever self destructive life routine you’re on year after year …. I’m grateful that the universe gave me the right exits over and over to come to these terms so I can find and build my work life the way it’s on my terms and makes me happy, fulfilled and without compromise with my heart and soul.
