1. The promise of satan is self-rule and power. Reality: he has temporary dominion.
2. The promise of satan is made with a catch (worship him). Reality: God should be the only focus of our worship.
3. The promise of satan always leaves out truth. Reality: we will only be fulfilled when we are in fellowship with Christ. He must have full lordship.
