Meet the Mancunian - Gaynor Mullin

This week’s Mancunian guest is Gaynor Mullin, a yoga teacher, the Community Hub Support Coordinator at Sale, and host of Sale M33, a local community Facebook group (https://twitter.com/purplehazeyoga). Gaynor talks about the benefits of movement on physical and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about the community and started the Facebook group to replicate the connections and feel of a local village. She loves nature and is also training to lead forest bathing sessions with Breathchamps – bathing in the atmosphere of the forest.
