It wasn't supposed to be like this, but in this unbearably dangerous year for Western democracy, President Biden has spent huge focus and political capital on two hugely damaging wars, everyone sees as hypocritical and in the middle of a cost of living crisis, deeply unpopular. The right are focused like a laser behind Trump whilst Biden squanders votes with pre Iraq war global policeman antics no-one buys anymore. The last time there were student protest this big against an American backed war, Nixon got elected. This version of Nixon will be much worse.
