Bio: Aaron is Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology and Leadership at Wesley Seminary. Aaron holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Asbury Seminary. He is the author of "Kairos Care: A Process for Pastoral Counseling in the Office and in Everyday Encounters" (Abingdon). Aaron and his wife, Heather, have four children and are active in their local church.
