The mark of a genuine conversion in salvation is in a life that has been interrupted by Christ in absolute measure. When Christ saves, he stops us fully in our tracks and completely alters the course of our lives, taking total control of all that concerns us. We see that demonstrated in the life of Paul on his way to Damascus and the life he led after his conversion experience.
