I hate going.

The pancake exam. You know, the mammogram.

While I am at it, I really don’t like going for my annual medical check-up.

I don’t like them, but I do know that they are necessary.

Rather than everyone getting the same batch of tests, doctors are supposed to focus on the specific needs of individual patients – taking into account their age, gender and medical history.

The underlying message is clear. If you are concerned about a health issue, don’t wait, see your doctor. Self-care is always a priority.
