Ep 185 - Welcome to Part 4 of my 5-part miniseries titled, "Winning With Words." This episode is titled "Never Say Never" and our conversation focuses on the topic of universal quantifiers. This is a term we reference in NLP training to reference words that are all encompassing of all possibilities or none. The reality is that these words are frequently used, but rarely true. When people use terms like "always" or "never," more often than not, the statement is an exaggeration and not fully true. Today, we are going to chat about the impact of universal quantifiers to your words along with when and when not to use these to get specific results.
