Jeff Randolph is the President of TRG Communities, (The Randolph Group), is an award winning residential and mixed-use development company specializing in creating imaginative places for people to live, work, and play, while enjoying a certain lifestyle of community. 

After receiving his Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University in 1983, Jeff began a 14-year career with Liberty Properties Group, the real estate operating company of Liberty Life Insurance Company. As Vice President of Liberty’s Residential Land Division in the Southeast, Jeff managed a $70 million portfolio of communities. In 1997, The Randolph Group was formed and today owns, manages or provides consulting services for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use communities in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, and Greensboro.
