Episode # 1126 - Winter Or Spring?

Another week is upon us, however it seems that Winter and Spring are fighting for dominance today, with snow, yes snow falling down here in Chicago.  Producer Nick says that "Winter is putting up a heck of a fight to stay around this year." and it seems that when Father Anthony went to hear confessions from the children at St. Stans School today, it seemed they were in more the mood for Christmas than Easter with the snow falling.  Despite that, everyone is doing ok and things are going alright today, even though snow has fallen, which is on everyone's mind for the start of the show.  On a different topic, Father Anthony shares the Gospel readings from this morning and how they relate to, with these coming up (hopefully if Winter doesn't stop them): Easter, Holy Week, Palm Sunday, and others.  The discussion goes further by looking at these in terms of our relationship with God and how we as people sometimes are drawn to darkness and giving up on God.  After the second break, Tony arrives safe and joins the discussion, and it continues on how people's relationship with the Lord and God are today and how not only giving up at times, but also in terms of manipulation, which also brings to mind the readings from yesterday and The Ten Commandments here.
