During the early days of isolation we, a community of brave women looking for connection, community and a safe place to courageously thrive; gathered every day to distance ourselves from what felt wrong and turn our attention to felt right!

It did not take long for all of us to realize how awesome and powerful these conversations were, beyond Covid and I quickly decided to shift gears and the Hot Mess to Awesomeness Podcast was born!

During this episode we discussed strategies, ideas, and more importantly we created a space to breathe into the challenges we are facing right now! Whether you binge listen to this entire series or take it in one day at a time, the beauty, wisdom and value of what my guests share, goes well beyond the unique and uncertain times of the pandemic to every challenge and change and moment of uncertainty we face in our lives!
