Returning guest Noviland’s Francois Jaffres is back to give us an update into the world of sourcing! We’re going to be covering an overview of challenges in logistics today and what we can expect to see in the coming weeks/months as well as delays to expect! Francois Jaffres (Pronounced ja-fray) is the Director of Business Development at Noviland, Inc.  He studied Industrial Engineering at West Virginia University while working at Coca-Cola, before joining the Noviland team in 2016.  He splits his time between Atlanta and Pittsburgh and when he's not guest speaking on podcasts, he's onboarding new users and working alongside marketing and sales to grow the Noviland brand.
