The Stories That Brought You Here
Society & Culture
Welcome to the fifth episode of this special series titled - Welcome Home. This is a chance to meet some of the new residents to Pender Island, hear why they chose to live here, how they are participating in the community and what the experience of living here has been like so far.
Next up in the series is, Johnny Cunningham. During the spring of 2020, Johnny was living, and working in Victoria as a cook at a prestigious golf club. He had also started a new relationship with a woman living on Pender. Johnny will describe how life events unfolded for him and allowed him to move here. He will also speak about his passion for cooking, why he has a love of photography and the lessons he has learned from his time in nature, waiting to take that perfect picture.
All that and much more...enjoy!
