New Castle County's Chief Human Resources Officer, Dr. Jackie Jenkins, joins PodCounty to discuss a wide range of topics from the importance of Human Resources, her first book and plans for more, and her life and career before joining the New Castle County Government 15 months ago. Dr. Jenkins oversees human resource issues for the over 2,000 employees across New Castle County after previously working in administrative roles at the City of Wilmington and Delaware Technical and Community College.
