075. Social Media and Wellness

In today’s episode, Jessica is joined by Kylie, the CEO of Beyond Brand Media, and Kylie Adele Wellness. She imparts her wisdom from her 16 years of business experience. Aside from being an entrepreneur, she also teaches yoga.

 

Recently, she had an experience that showed her the unjust justice system and how people often side with the people they are alike. But as the strong woman she is, Kylie didn’t allow that to set her back from doing her passion – helping heart-centered businesses improve their social media presence.

 

Moreover, they touched base on how important it is to have boundaries regarding a social media brand and a personal life, Kylie focusing on helping marginalized people, feminism, and even a book recommendation. The said book is called Ripples from the Zambezi, written by Ernesto Sirolli, which changed Kylie’s perspective on business.
