Market Close 13 Jul 20: ASX lifts 1% despite COVID-19 concerns

Aussie shares have rallied on Monday as financial & mining stocks helped push the ASX 200 1% higher. Both Star Entertainment Group (SGR) & Estia Health (EHE) both closed in the red with confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded by both companies.
