Thank you to my guest Angela Caswell for her willingness to share her story and remind us that we are not alone! So many of us are tired of feeling like a chameleon, switching who we are depending on who we're with or where we are and left feeling empty and unsure.

 Like Angela I can remember that feeling of not knowing who I was are or what made me truly happy...not until I decided to make a change was I able to surrender to and shine my light. Can you relate?

 My HUGE takeaway from today was how important it is to surround yourself with people who are shining their light and exhibiting the traits you long to be known for. And what I know to be true, is that the number one way to do that, is to focus on what you want more of in your life!

 Something to ponder...
