Jeff Miller, our Travel Law Insider columnist and a veteran travel attorney, talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report about whether big ship cruising will resume from U.S. ports this summer in the wake of Florida’s lawsuit against the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings letter to the CDC asking it to authorize cruise lines to resume sailing on July 4.
